With extensive experience in tutoring, teaching, course development, and industry engagement, Sanjay has strong insight into the skills students need when taking their first steps in their academic and professional engineering development.
At AIAS, Sanjay teaches Maths Foundations, Advanced Mathematics, and Thermodynamics, while also developing learning resources and practical teaching tools to support students in building confidence and deeper understanding. Especially talented in mathematics and its applications, Sanjay is passionate about helping students develop both technical capability and intuition for how engineering concepts are used in real-world contexts.
Sanjay also contributed significantly to AIAS’ successful engineering course accreditation by Engineers Australia, supporting course development, industry engagement, and the preparation of key evidence throughout the process. His broader experience includes consulting, program analysis, commercial modelling, project management, asset surveying, and practical design work, giving him a well-rounded perspective that he brings into the classroom.
